Pumpkin Patch Visit

Chloe's class went on a field trip to Motley's Pumpkin Patch. 

And I got to go with her as a parent chaperone!!

Chloe's teacher sent this photo of the class on the school bus. It was Chloe's first time. So cute!! No car seats OR seat belts!

There were pig races, a hay maze, a tractor ride through the tree farm, picnic lunch, pumpkin picking and much more!!! So glad I got to tag along!!

Such a GREAT day!

Chloe's School Activities

This is Chloe at the Fun Run hosted by Lakewood PTA. It was a fundraiser to raise money for playground equipment and technology.

Chloe ran 35 laps and was one of the first kids to finish.

The school exceeded their goal & raised close to $20,000!

Shane and I were there to cheer Chloe on!!!

Chloe's teacher, Ms. Stalcup, is so kind to send us pictures of classroom activities. This activity was "Apple Tasting!"

1st Days of Kindergarten!

The 2nd week, Chloe got to be Student of the Day. She got to wear a crown all day & bring her favorite toy to school!

On the day before the LR Razorback game, students were allowed to wear their Hogs gear. This is Chloe calling those Hogs!

Then to top off the 1st month of school, she lost ANOTHER tooth! Chloe says her 6 year molars are coming in as well!

Shane's smoked pork was out of this world with all the fixins - 3 different BBQ sauces, coleslaw, Kings Hawaiian buns and homemade biscuits

Along with deviled eggs, potato salad, AR tomato & peach salad and "Southern Crudites" - fried green tomatoes, squash and okra!

No birthday party is complete without a pinata!
