Shower for Baby Cora

Sarah's aunts made the snowman diaper cake for a centerpiece along with providing the cupcakes & cookies. Shane smoked a beef tenderloin. We paired it with homemade focaccia bread, sister Schubert dinner rolls, stone ground mustard & horseradish sauce.

We also served shrimp cocktail, cold spinach dip, sliced meats & cheeses.

The Manchego cheese with hazelnuts in honey was so delicious! Who am I kidding? It was ALL good!

We had hot chocolate and the Keurig available for coffee or apple cider. Guests could add toppings and you could spike it!!

Turkey Day 2015

This is a picture of my table! I used a lot of stuff from my porch & turned it into a centerpiece.

Pumpkin Patch Visit

Chloe's class went on a field trip to Motley's Pumpkin Patch. 

And I got to go with her as a parent chaperone!!

Chloe's teacher sent this photo of the class on the school bus. It was Chloe's first time. So cute!! No car seats OR seat belts!

There were pig races, a hay maze, a tractor ride through the tree farm, picnic lunch, pumpkin picking and much more!!! So glad I got to tag along!!

Such a GREAT day!

Chloe's School Activities

This is Chloe at the Fun Run hosted by Lakewood PTA. It was a fundraiser to raise money for playground equipment and technology.

Chloe ran 35 laps and was one of the first kids to finish.

The school exceeded their goal & raised close to $20,000!

Shane and I were there to cheer Chloe on!!!

Chloe's teacher, Ms. Stalcup, is so kind to send us pictures of classroom activities. This activity was "Apple Tasting!"
